Return and Exchange Policy

At SharkMate ("we", "our", "us"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the terms outlined below.

We do not accept returns, however, exchanges are permitted within 5 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are available for size, color, or product defects.

If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or replacement with a similar item of equal value.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at:info@thesharkmate.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorization: Once your request is approved, securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during return transit.
  3. Shipping: Send the package following our instructions

 

We reserve the right to reject exchanges in the following cases:

  • Items show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Exchanges are initiated outside the eligible return window.
  • The item is marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.
